When the wind says go!
Busy last few weeks trying to get through this:
So that Swell can sail again…
Here’s a sneak peek of Swell’s trial run inside the lagoon last weekend…the first sailing regatta I have entered since I was 11 years old!!

Swell, 7 minutes late to the start on a spontaneous morning decision to enter…in upwind comeback pursuit of her competitors!!
Lots of new stories to tell…but the weather’s good to sail to my next destination…so I’ll get to those when I get the anchor back down…Here’s to Swell making it out of the lagoon today!!

June 4, 2010Hola Mamacita!
I thought I would say hi. I heard about you from other cruisers who said we were of like mind and adventure. I saw you in Latitude talking about the Jimmy Buffet night- Saweet! It wasn’t a few days after I read that article that we pulled into Land and Sea in Golfito and upon the brightly decorated walls of personal-pan-pizza-sized boatname plates, I see SWell, JUST as I am sitting down to paint “Shannon” on the wall too! (By the way, Katie and Tim run the coolest little place , I loved it there.) I thought I would look ya up and say howdy, this is uno mas hermana looking around thinkin’ cruising is the good life and more of us need to be doing it…..! Ok, if you are interested, and have reception,
my story is in the same edition of Latitude (April) under Letters, its the first one. Have fun out there Chica, take care…. sarah miller
