For we never know how long we have…
My thoughts and love and heart and prayers are with all those affected by the events on Thursday…I cannot put sense to this kind of tragedy. From afar, the most positive way for me to deal with sorrow is to transform it into motivation. For those who won’t have the chance, I can further seek truth and peace and happiness in my own heart. Events like these give us all the more reason to pursue our dreams, connect with humanity, let go of what we hold too tight, and get out and marvel at the natural world. By showing love at every opportunity, regrets will be few…for we never know how long we have.
For now, Swell and I are safe…

March 14, 2011Thank you, Liz, for the compassionate guidance. Truly, searching more deeply into my heart, connecting with my family, friends and community, letting go and especially marvelling at What Is. . . surely your recommendations magnify my blessings and spread the Love.
